About the Role

As HR Business Partner, you’ll manage day-to-day HR operations and play a key role in aligning HR practices with local labour regulations and business goals. You’ll work across departments to support a smooth employee experience, ensuring legal compliance and operational excellence.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead onboarding and offboarding for full-time employees
  • Ensure full compliance with Brazilian labor laws and regulatory standards
  • Coordinate payroll processing and handle statutory and tax submissions
  • Maintain HR documentation and submit compliance reports
  • Advise on employment law and internal policy development
  • Support leadership on HR strategies and people operations
  • Assist with other HR-related tasks as needed
 

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
  • 3+ years of senior HR experience, preferably in tech, gaming, or service industries
  • Deep knowledge of Brazilian labour law and compliance
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote-first setting
  • Fluent in Portuguese; intermediate to advanced English required
  • Own laptop required
  • Must be based in Brazil
