The Role:
The company is seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Business Development Manager to spearhead its expansion in the LATAM region. This role will focus on identifying new business opportunities, securing strategic partnerships with operators and aggregators, and driving revenue growth through localized solutions. You’ll act as the face of the company in LATAM, understanding market needs and translating them into tailored proposals that resonate with regional clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across LATAM markets

  • Lead the entire sales cycle from prospecting and pitching to contract negotiation and closing

  • Build strong relationships with operators, platforms, and key stakeholders in the LATAM iGaming ecosystem

  • Work closely with internal teams to align commercial strategy with product offerings and regional demands

  • Represent the company at major industry events and conferences across LATAM

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments to inform strategic decision-making

About You:
You bring at least two years of experience in business development or sales within the iGaming sector. Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is essential (Both are preferred), and English is a must for internal communication. You have an understanding of the LATAM gaming landscape and a network within the region is desired but not essential. Your ability to negotiate, build rapport, and close deals sets you apart in a competitive market. Willingness to travel throughout LATAM is expected.
