We’re hiring a Head of Growth to lead the strategy and execution of user acquisition for a new sweepstakes gaming brand backed by a team with deep roots in iGaming and crypto. This is a ground-floor opportunity for a hands-on, performance-driven marketer with proven experience in sports betting, sweepstakes and crypto.
As our Head of Growth, you’ll be responsible for building and executing the user acquisition strategy from the ground up, owning the full funnel — from paid media to activation and retention. You’ll plan and launch campaigns, work closely with affiliates, social, and SEO teams, and manage key external partners. Your goal: drive scalable, ROI-positive growth for a new sweepstakes gaming brand in a competitive space.
What you’ll do:
- Plan and run global paid campaigns (Meta, Google, Reddit, native, YouTube, TikTok)
- Analyze and optimize full-funnel performance (CAC, LTV, ROAS, retention)
- Collaborate with creative teams on messaging, ad testing, and landing pages
- Manage tracking, attribution, and reporting (GA4, Voluum, UTM, pixels)
- Work closely with vendors (media ops, analytics, creative) and internal teams
- Ensure marketing compliance across sweepstakes, crypto, and gaming verticals
- Support dual-brand growth across crypto and sweepstakes products
- Drive creative, scalable strategies for acquiring and retaining bettors
You’re a fit if you:
- Have 5+ years in growth marketing for sportsbooks, crypto, fintech, or casinos
- Are fluent in performance metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS, conversion funnels)
- Are hands-on with media buying and have experience with high-risk verticals (geo-routing, cloaking, etc.)
- Have experience managing agencies and a small internal team
- Can operate in fast-paced, startup-style environments
- Bring a network of trusted vendors (tracking, analytics, media ops, creative)
- Understand international user acquisition and emerging geo strategy (Tier 2/3, crypto-friendly regions)
- Are proactive, iterative, and driven by data
