An excellent casino platform provider is looking for a Senior VIP Manager to join their team! The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing the VIP strategy and loyalty programs across all company owned brands, taking them to the next level.

Responsibilities include:

  • Work on a new VIP customer strategy
  • Executing a new VIP strategy for all company owned brands, with the final scope of maximizing yield, and minimizing churn.
  •  VIP customer identification and management
  • Development of VIP focused programs across all brands and products, including acquisition, conversion and retention
  • Driving all Marketing Communication with VIPs and potential VIPs, in order to increase game play, loyalty and increase revenue
  • Weekly and monthly reporting VIP player performance to the Head of Retention and to senior management
  • Regular analytical analysis of competitors and customer landscape in order to ensure competitiveness of the VIP program
  • Ownership of the Loyalty plans across all brands
  • Reports directly to the Head of Retention

Experience and Knowledge Requirements:

  • Pro-active personality, self-starter, needs to have at least 3 years’ experience in VIP Customer and Strategy Management.
  • Excellent understanding of VIPs, marketing, CRM and operations.
  • Previous experience in customer service required (telephone, chat, email, one to one.)
  • Analytical and sales/ marketing skills
  • Good understanding of the gaming industry and gaming personas.
  • Excellent organizational, planning and communicative skills
