As the VIP Relationships Manager, you will define and run various actives to acquire high value players, serve as relationship manager to existing high value players, and represent those players to product development. You will be responsible for establishing a managing the P&L for high value players, and achieving revenue target from that segment of players.

The VIP relationship manager will additionally serve as a key director for Australian business, and all requisite activities associated with this role. Experience of the Australian I-Gaming market and its regulations are essential 


  • Develop relationships with high-value players, leading to their satisfaction and increased business
  • Develop and execute VIP acquisition and retention strategies to grow our number of premium players and share-of-wallet
  • Define innovative, creative contests and promotions to further engage the VIP player base, and work with global team to implement
  • Oversee the planning and production of customer events within Australia
  • Manage P&L of Australian VIP player segment, with specific focus on managing targeted offers, incentives, and rewards for high value players
  • Provide feedback to the global product team on areas for improvement within core product


  • 4+ years’ experience in either
    • VIP player acquisition/management
    • Gaming VIP Player development
    • Corporate Account management
  • Experience in Gaming or Sport Betting highly preferred
  • 4+ years’ experience managing measurable goals & managing P&L
  • Passion for sports and a customer-centric mindset
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
  • Ability to travel as needed
