A global leader in iGaming with more than $1B in annual revenue is expanding to the U.S. market. We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist for a six (6) month contract role that may be based out of Cherry Hill, NJ or New York, NY.  This contract position may have the opportunity for extension, or conversion to a permanent role.

Position Summary:

Recruiting the best talent in the market is central to our client’s aim of being the number one gaming operator across all markets. A skilled recruiter is needed to help build the Company’s U.S. operations.

As part of the global HR team, but working on a day-to-day basis with the U.S. team, you'll have end-to-end responsibility for recruitment (planning, marketing, selection and interviewing) across a range of roles and occupational specialties. You will also have the chance to work on a number of global recruitment and HR related projects, while ensuring a fast, friendly and fair recruitment process. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the recruitment of a range of roles across the business.
  • Partner with managers to support them through the full recruitment life cycle, focusing on enabling good selection decisions in a timely fashion.
  • Deliver innovative and fresh approaches to candidate sourcing.
  • Proactively search for and network with candidates from relevant databases, our own networks, LinkedIn and other forums and channels to ensure a healthy pipeline of candidates.
  • Take part in a range of projects to support local and global Talent Acquisition strategies.
  • Build strong relationships with the global Talent Acquisition and HR teams.
  • Ensure that Company new hires have a smooth and successful onboarding process.
  • Act as the link between the U.S. team and the central HR team.
  • Manage the relationship with the local HR/Payroll supplier.

Qualifications and Key Competencies:

  • Proven full-cycle recruitment experience; 2-3+ years agency experience and 3-4+ years of corporate recruiting experience is strongly preferred.
  • A background in building strong relationships with hiring managers, understanding their individual team’s needs and the technical requirements of each role.
  • Ability to proactively source candidates through a variety of channels, with proven experience in building talent pipelines.
  • An understanding of what makes a good onboarding process and the role it plays in creating a positive new hire experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to produce compelling recruitment adverts.
  • Understanding of social media (e.g. LinkedIn and Facebook) and its importance in achieving recruitment objectives.
  • Understanding of the importance of candidates' cultural fit in addition to role fit as a basis for your work.
  • Proactive, determined and confident in dealing with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
