An excellent Payment provider within iGaming are looking for a senior B2B support agent. The successful candidate will join a dynamic, vibrant and professional team with clear goals for the continued expansion of the business.  

The scope of the Support role is to make sure that all merchants get a fast and friendly answer to all their questions and that our day-to-day co-operation is running as smoothly as possible. 

This person will be involved in the entire life cycle of a merchant, liaising with the Account Management team to ensure the smooth and successful on-boarding of new clients. To be able to coup with our Merchants and always have a solution in place the Support Agent also needs to work closely with our Tech and Operations team. Communication skills, both internally and externally, are key for this role!


  • Experience in payments and customer interaction, preferably from a merchant or payment provider
  • Native English speaker, additional European languages is qualifying 
  •  Analytic and problem-solving skills
  •  Good level of IT, including the proficient use of Microsoft Office applications
  • Relevant degree or applicable work experience
