Pentasia are seeking a Recruitment Professional to lead a new brand in Malta!

We are now looking for a high achiever to lead a new recruitment brand within our growing Malta office.
This is a very unique opportunity for someone highly entrepreneurial and ambitious who is looking for a long-term career within a recruitment business.

We are looking for a born leader with an enthusiastic personality to build up a new brand focusing on the local market within a number of specialised verticals. In this position you will focus on bringing in new business and establishing key client relationships, whilst building up a team of successful recruitment consultants.
You will be a pivotal individual in the organization, taking significant responsibility for its growth.

Main tasks and responsibilities

  • Building new and managing existing client relationships
  • Identifying opportunities to reach new clients within the local market
  • Building and leading from the front a recruitment team to identify the right candidates and to develop lead generation


  • Experienced in developing business, sales or recruitment.
  • Strong communicator and people person with a proven ability to manage accounts or break into new client relationships.
  • Highly driven, self-starter, target driven, proactive
  • Have a strategic mind-set and approach towards generating new business
  • Experienced in managing teams
  • Ideally fluent in both Maltese and English
