About the Opportunity
Working in partnership with local and global HR teams, you will drive new talent acquisition strategies, initiatives and programs to help support the Company’s hiring goals. As Recruitment Manager, you will manage a full-cycle desk, overseeing search engagements from beginning to end, while leading a small recruitment team, providing direction and coaching to direct reports. You’ll manage and nurture agency and third-party relationships to build long-term business partnerships with external recruitment experts. You will also partner with business and HR stakeholders to drive and own the local recruitment strategy, while assisting with other HR projects that serve to attract top talent and promote a best-in-class organizational culture.
A minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience that includes both corporate, in-house talent acquisition and agency recruiting experience.
Experience recruiting for diverse occupational specialties and at all levels, to include senior management roles; knowledge of media or marketing recruiting strategies is preferred.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Superior interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Global or multinational recruitment experience is a plus.
Expertise in diverse recruiting techniques and tools, and social media sourcing strategies.
Knowledge of U.S. federal/state employment and labor laws.
