Having achieved record results this year, we want to do it all over again in 2018 and we’re looking for experienced 360 Recruitment Consultants to help us achieve our target!

Our teams of specialist consultants all focus within niche areas of recruitment and we have plenty more areas to grow, in particular, we would be interested to speak with anyone who has interest in or experience in growing and managing a desk in:

  • Design, UX/UI

You will need to have...

For all positions, we seek self-motivated, highly driven, experienced individuals to come in, and run a 360-degree desk. There is an element of warm leads, with the ability to leverage off existing relationships; however, there is also an element of building your own desk.

Ideally we are seeking Consultants who can bring with them knowledge of their sector, however, if you are confident in your ability and have experience in growing a desk then do not hesitate to get in contact.


Long term we are offering consultants the ability to grow their specialism & lead teams should they wish. 

You will be joining an established team and business and will be supported by a European-wide team of specialist recruiters as well as an in-house Marketing & Operations team.  There is no micro management, we focus on quality not quantity and we encourage ambition and seek out people who have a desire to grow and build a team and as individuals.
