Recruiter – Finance Contract Desk


Specialist recruitment brand, backed by a global agency, seeks an experienced consultant with independent working ethos. 

Ambra Recruitment was established 2016 by parent company Pentasia – a global specialist agency. Recognising opportunity in the local market, Ambra was launched in 2016 to support our clients in Surrey and Sussex. Our focus areas are Legal, HR/Operations, Finance, and Marketing roles, within which there’s ample space for growth and further specialisation.

Now, there’s a significant opportunity for us to grow beyond permanent roles (currently 90% of our activity is focused on filling permanent positions) – to fill the specialist contract positions our clients are actively hiring. Contract recruitment is a key part of our 2017-18 strategic growth plans.

Our expectations for the role:

  • High client demand, already proven by multiple project requests and reports of under-performing non-specialist competitor agencies.
  • Focus on supplying key digital skills on contract basis: educating clients in market trends such as remote working and team hires.
  • Building strong candidate relationships – a pool of talent to create long-term value for the contract desk.

Beyond that, we'll trust you to work however you work best – utilising your own recruiting style - supporting you with best-in-class tools, expertise, advertising budgets and whatever else you need.

The Ambra team operates from Pentasia’s Redhill headquarters. You’ll be joining an international network of talented consultants within a highly successful agency, established 2001. We promote an honest, collaborative and supportive atmosphere – values that span from the board to consultants.
