A leading technical driven, international business seeks an experienced Payments Manager to come in and take control of the strategy to ensure right payment products are available across all channels & territories.
Reporting to the Head of Customer Engagement, the Product Manager will be accountable for the customer engagement offering with an initial focus on Payments from product ideation through to in-life management. The customer engagement team looks after core critical customer journeys such as Payments, Promotions, My Account and customer contact journeys.

This role is all about innovation and ensuring that this company provides their customers with the leading payment products, across multiple channels and territories.
As the Payments Product Manager, you will define, lead and drive the payments strategy, working with various departments including AML, Fraud, Risk, Compliance and other product managers.
You will lead meetings with stakeholders and be responsible for articulating to them the roadmap and outcomes.
You will be joining the customer experience team and be surrounded by like-minded individuals who want to ensure a seamless engagement of new and existing customers.
