A growing, innovative and values-based technology company are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join the HR team in their London office. 

The Opportunity

As the subject matter expert for all Payroll queries you will work internationally covering the UK, USA and Canada for around 300 employees. Due to an aggressive growth strategy employee numbers will dramatically increase over the next couple of years.

The Role

Day to day you will provide answers to payroll queries and provide measured and insightful data.

Duties will include:

  • Inputting new employees onto the database and updating existing ones.
  • Inputting and updating benefits relating to employees.
  • Reviewing and preparing the payroll for the final process to be outsourced.
  • Continual Data Analysis and communicating this information to the wider business to help drive improvement processes.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Ideally you will have 3 + years within a Payroll position.
  • A professional qualification such as CIPP would be desirable.
  • Exposure to working in a Start-up or high growth technology environment is highly desirable.
  • High attention to detail is imperative as is discretion due to working with highly confidential information.
