We are looking for a Office Manager to join a successful training provider company based in St. Julians, Malta. 

In this position, you will be responsible for running the front office which will include several administrative and organisational tasks. You will also assist to organise events, courses and conferences. 

This is role where you be the “go-to” person for administrative tasks, ensuring smooth office operations, and supporting the business development and account management team. You will be their right-hand person for all  events, and logistical needs. 


  • Handling inbound telephone calls from clients and students
  • Setting up client meetings
  • Handling general support and enquiry emails
  • Document management for public and bespoke training
  • Handling all classroom preparation for public and bespoke training
  • Filing and office maintenance
  • Building & organising company databases
  • Supplier management
  • Sales of face-to-face courses and management of bespoke bookings


  • Experience in running front office, administration or customer service  
  • Smart and well-groomed in appearance
  • Proficient user in all MS Office applications
  • High level of written and verbal communication in English is a must
  • Self-starter and entrepreneurial mind-set
  • Strong interpersonal skills, sales skills 
  • Must have a flair for organisation
  • Teamplayer
