The Lifecycle Marketing (LCM) Team is responsible for maximizing customer value and product engagement within China region. The LCM team achieves this through comprehensive analysis and understanding of customer behaviours at each of the lifecycle stages (New, Retained or Inactive) and then applying this information to develop and successfully execute strategies, campaigns and targeted activities to deliver customer value.

The Lifecycle Marketing Manager, is responsible for planning, developing and managing measurable and sustainable integrated marketing campaigns. Drive the development of integrated marketing briefs including campaign objectives, campaign ideas, new opportunities, campaign themes, campaign effectiveness, asset development execution monitoring, Bonus Creation and Risk Monitoring.

You will report directly to the Head of Lifecycle Marketing Asia and work closely with Marketing Operations, Acquisition Marketing, Creative, Business Intelligent and Customer Service team.

You will be measured on your ability to – based on data- analyze and understand the customer within specific lifecycle segments, provide ideas to improve the customer experience, create and execute effective Marketing Campaigns oriented to specific business objectives such as customer activity (average play days and deposits), monthly conversion, retention and reactivation rates. 



  • 5+ years experience working experience
  • 2+ years experience working in Online Casino/Gaming Marketing
  • Fluent English and Mandarin
  • A highly-organised approach.
  • Positive thinking, responsible and willing to work under high pressure


  • Execute the marketing strategies from Head of LCM Asia and deliver the instructions to LCM team in other office.
  • Project management of multi-channel marketing programs, as well as managing the work of project coordinators and their teams.
  • Develop tailored campaign for each product based on different objectives and strategies according to the teams set quarterly OKR’s.
  • Ability to identify campaign opportunities, changes and recommend various solutions to the internal team, and back to the Account Supervisor & Agency Director
  • Develop targeted campaigns around key segments within each product and touch points with a clear and precise strategy outline.
  • Campaign forecast, data analysis and produce the campaign daily/weekly/monthly reports

  • Facilitate delivery of campaign pre and post analysis reporting as appropriate for all levels of campaign target segments
  • Based on the campaign report to know the insides, hence, apply to the future campaigns
