Job Description

This being our client's first Non-Eu setup, this role comes with some fantastic dynamics taking your current role to new heights. With that of course comes a desire for our client to identify those stars within their business who are not only experienced but also refined within their role, so that they can continue to add value to the thriving business within this new operation as an Infrastructure Specialist.

Your duties will be:

  • First/Second line IT support for company internal users.
  • Install, configure and troubleshoot user laptops, workstations, printers, mobile devices; maintain Infrastructure Assets Registry.
  • Administer Windows, MAC, Linux operating systems on user devices.
  • Manage User environment using SCCM, develop User support over SCCM and overall improve maintenance of User environment.
  • Create and manage user accounts in Active Directory, Office 365; administer Atlassian JIRA & Confluence, Skype.
  • Integrate with Windows Team fully to provide daily monitoring, backup support and build of Servers.
  • Regularly confer with fellow Network & IT Administrators as well as company wide users and managers about current problems and future needs.
  • Recommend and develop new technology. Evaluate emerging technologies and make recommendations on their viability.
  • Perform other duties, as asked by the manager, which is related to this position and which meet the qualifications.

You should have:

  • Requires secondary (higher, special etc.) IT-related education.
  • Strong written and spoken communication levels in English
  • Experience in deployment and support of Microsoft Windows 7/8 operating systems, Microsoft Office 2010/2013 and other business software.
  • Experience in computer, laptop, printer, mobile device implementation and support.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, Office 365, VPN solutions, LAN and WiFi management and support.


  • Fluent English language proficiency
  • Fluent knowledge of other languages will be considered an asset
  • Minimum 1 year already spent in current role within Evolution Gaming
  • Excellent level of computer literacy, more specifically of the Office package
  • Has met, all targets and expectations set out by Direct Manager within current role
