An exciting new opportunity has become available for a skilled Infrastructure Engineer, who will be responsible for the management and maintenance of IT infrastructure systems of a multi-national igaming organisation.

The primary role that the successful candidate will be tasked with is to ensure the availability of services delivered at data centres and office locations that are across multiple European countries.

The successful candidate will be able to resolve and troubleshoot complex issues and communicate resolutions to both technical and non-technical staff. They would enjoy working as part of a team to collaborate with and design modern resilient systems.

The ideal candidate would be someone who seeks innovation and opportunities for increased efficiencies and has experience working with a multi-functional team to continuously improve our services and operations.

Reporting to the Infrastructure Manager you would be joining an enthusiastic team at an exciting time for the business whose objectives are always expanding.

Main Responsibilities

  • Work with the team to design, maintain and implement solutions
  • Manage and configure infrastructure services spanning multiple sites
  • Innovate and automate process where possible


  • 3+ years’ experience in a similar role
  • 5+ years’ experience working in an enterprise environment
  • Excellent knowledge of enterprise IT infrastructure.

  • Public Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • ITIL v3 Foundation or above
  • Degree level education or above
  • Working with different regulatory requirements (e.g. PCI)
  • Gaming & Betting knowledge

The candidate should be able to work independently and as part of a team with the ability to work to tight deadlines and deliver to a high standard whilst under pressure.

The candidate should also be able to show evidence of strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish positive relationships with employees at all levels of the business.

The role sometimes requires working evenings and being part of an on-call system out of hours.

The role may also require travel to European sites.
