We are looking for a Head of Sales based in HK.

This position is responsible for successfully commercializing the Company’s current and future products. This position has direct responsibility for leading the Company’s sales team from setting the strategic direction to the tactical execution of sales efforts.

You will be:

  • Partnering with the CEO and the leadership team in all aspects of commercial and business strategy, operations and planning
  • Collaborating with teams to ensure optimal product positioning and messaging
  • Taking responsibility for the overall commercial strategy by establishing a long-term vision, multi-year plan, annual goals, and associated performance and profitability targets aligned with our strategic plan
  • Building and cultivating relationships with key company stakeholders

Our requirements:

  • The ideal candidate will be an accomplished commercial executive with proven experience in the development and management of a successful sales strategy
  • Fluent in English and local language
  • The ideal candidate can quickly and accurately evaluate opportunities and provide guidance at a strategic level on an ongoing basis
  • We are looking for someone who will be confident in their role. You also need to be able to resolve problems fast and find solutions quickly
  • You must have a conviction in your decision-making process and be able to influence outcomes within the business.
  • Analytical and strategic thinking skills to develop commercial models
  • Superb leadership and exceptional management skills
