Our client is an ambitious technology business who are seeking a Head of Reward and Benefits to support them in phase two of their global program of growth. Based in London this role will report into the Global People Director.
This company is a market leader and provides world class innovative software solutions to some of the largest companies within the iGaming sector.
Headquartered in London they have grown aggressively over the last 4 years and now have over a 1000 full time employees based in over 15 countries.

As Head of Reward and Benefits you will design, develop and implement a cutting edge reward strategy in order to ensure the company have the right employment proposition in place to attract and retain the best talent globally.
Other key duties will include:
Lead annual salary review process
Completion of salary surveys
Advising senior managers/leaders to ensure pay decisions are consistent
Manage external providers
Manage the technology behind compensation and benefits delivery
Working both strategically and operationally in a stand-alone position to start with, you will have the opportunity to grow and build a team in 2020.
Your qualifications, skills & experience
You will have the proven ability to strategically lead a reward and benefits function.
Ideally you will have worked both internationally and within a technology focused company.
Excellent communication skills is essential as is the ability to work with teams remotely.
Experience of Workday would be highly advantageous.
