A Innovative mobile first I-Gaming company are looking for a Head of Customer engagement to work with the team to develop, implement and optimise the program for transitioning players through their life stages and states in order for the business to market the right messages and deliver the right experience to the player and in doing so engage the player and maintain and optimise profitable revenue generated through the player wagering on their sites. 

This is a role for someone who wants to take ownership of the customer engagement and build a department and drive success from a data driven approach and utilising the best tools. Experience of working in sports book would be helpful as would an understanding of the sporting calendar.
