A well established Casino Operator is seeking a Head of CRM to head a growing team within the marketing function. This person will be responsible for creating the strategy, plan development, implementation, and measurement for CRM activity across CRM channels.  

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead the CRM Team, approve monthly campaigns and communication schedules  
  • Develop a strategic plan in line with reaching the department’s and company’s objectives, maintain high data quality and implement a touch-point strategy and value exchange plan
  • Develop segmentation models working with internal software solutions
  • Identify all customer touch points ensuring the right actions and communications are implemented at each stage
  • Develop automated and personalized user journeys and messages across the player life-cycle
  • Manage conversions throughout the customer journey and implement tactics to improve them
  • Develop retention features within products to enhance the customer experience
  • Maintain relationships with game suppliers and negotiate campaign sponsorships
  • Manage CRM systems, campaign engines and communications tools including ESP, SMS, telemarketing partners, etc

Requirements:

  • A strong leader with superb organisational skills
  • Proven experience working in a CRM environment, ideally within iGaming
  • You are solution focused and able to find creative ways forward in the face of challenges
  • An effective communicator who is able to challenge the status quo whilst managing stakeholder expectations
  • Data driven, analytical with a knack for reporting
  • You enjoy collaborating with our other departments to managing projects successfully
  • Extensive experience in CRM and management with proven results of driving exponential growth  
  • A qualification in online marketing would be considered an asset
