The role of Head of Conversion is an integral one for the growth of the business. Reporting to the Marketing Director, this role will be responsible for increasing the amount of traffic that make a successful journey through the conversion funnel on our client’s website.

The key responsibilities of the role are:

  • Manage the strategic direction of the conversion program for all verticals
  • Work on all aspects of online conversion and enhance new and existing conversion initiatives
  • Deliver improved conversion statistics through AB and Multivariate testing
  • Optimise the use of SiteSpect or similar and report key findings to business leaders
  • Eventually establish conversion monetization modelling plan based on lifetime values
  • Optimise source traffic and marketing channels tracking
  • Optimise daily/weekly conversion dashboard and distribute to stakeholders
  • Work with retention and acquisition marketing and business teams to deliver significant financial value to the business through conversion optimisation
  • Responsible of the Optimization of the First Purchase Journey, including but not only: Top of the Funnel, Welcome Offers and Landing/Entry Pages
  • Support on Traffic acquisition and Responsible for Click funnel optimization for the Site Network
  • Support and Collaborate with clients and partners on UX Optimization, Ecomm and other
  • Collaborate with the clients and internal experts on building A/B and MVT testing roadmaps and programs.
  • Enable rapid experimentation by working with designers, product managers, developers, and marketing managers to prioritize testing opportunities
  • Delineate customer experience maps to describe the customer experience across channels in order to define the best ways to optimize the journey
  • Provide help on how to optimize different communication channels. Assist on how to use the different ways to communicate and interact with our customers (email, web, mobile, push, sms) and ensure that we contact each customer with best channel/moment combination possible

Experience Required:

  • 5 years in conversion management – iGaming experience is a big plus
  • Educated to graduate level
  • Expert user knowledge of Site Catalyst from Omniture
  • Expert user knowledge of SPSS (statistical analysis)
  • Expert user knowledge of A/B testing
  • Excellent knowledge of behavioural targeting, monetization modelling and solutions design
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to communicate and present findings at board level
  • Working knowledge of SiteSpect testing tool
