Our client is one of the iGaming Operator in Asia. Due to the expending team, they are looking for Head of Affiliates( Mandarin speaker is preferred) for their Malaysia office.

The Role

He/she will be responsible for initiating and developing new affiliate relationships and optimizing the current affiliate player acquisition channels. The Head of Affiliates will also be responsible for recruiting and managing the affiliate acquisition team and working closely with the acquisition team. 

Responsibilities:  

  • Report to the Director of Marketing and work together to develop, implement and maintain comprehensive acquisition strategies and recommendations.

  • Diversify the affiliate marketing channels by opening, developing and optimizing our efforts

  • Work together with different teams to develop detailed report ad develop and Projected Lifetime Value (PLV)

  • Develop processes and procedures for putting campaigns live.  Tracking and analysis the results of the campaign and suggesting improvements.

  • Interface and manage external vendors

  • Align with the acquisition, retention and campaigns team on strategy

  • Recruiting new affiliates, negotiating bespoke commercial deals where necessary

  • Acquire customers at agreed CPA’s or Revenue Share 

  • Assisting with design briefs and campaign concepts  and Assisting with the selection of communication tactics and their deployment 

  • Forecast, budget and report on affiliate KPI’s 

Requirements:  

  • Experience in iGaming industry is highly preferable

  • Familiar and understating of Chinese Affiliate Marketing, the industry, and best practices in this localized industry 

  • Experience in client services and team management

  • Experience in Data analysis is a Must. Must be able analyze, interpret and apply recommendations from large sets of data and also be able to identify areas of value and importance from large data sets

  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin preferable
