Group Performance Analyst



Job Purpose

We are looking for a talented Performance Analyst to join our dynamic Business Intelligence Team..

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitoring business performance through understanding the complex interaction of multiple KPIs
  • Interrogating data with the aim of making recommendations that will lead to a business benefit
  • Evaluate historic reporting requirements and find areas for improvement, replacement or automation
  • Develop and manage reports and dashboards for KPI monitoring
  • Ensure business metrics provide value to stakeholders in understanding the performance of the company
  • Identify and monitor emerging trends, opportunities and threats
  • Create automated alerts for unusual activity
  • Deliver actionable insights by performing ad-hoc analysis to predict, measure and interpret business trends

Skills and Capabilities


  • Degree in quantitative area (Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science)
  • Experience working in a similar analytics role
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and SQL.
  • The ability to interpret large amounts of data and identify the underlying patterns and trends
  • The ability to clearly communicate ideas and results to non-technical business people, both written and orally
  • The ability to function as a self-starter, providing high quality work under pressure of very tight deadlines
  • The ability to see the big picture, evaluate the business impact of issues and prioritize among many requests
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • A passionate, results orientated, team player


  • Experience in dataming / advanced analytics (clustering, regression, predictive models or similar)
  • Ability to learn new information quickly in order to solve complex problems
  • Online gaming experience
