Director Business Development - Marketing Software
This company promotes ground breaking technology and is the market leader in its sector. It provides world class marketing software that produces tailored messages to potential and existing clients. It promises its clients significantly better business outcomes.
As part of this company's expansion plans, it now wishes to recruit 2 new Directors of Business Development to help continue the impressive grow it has already experienced in the above sectors.
Based in London and reporting to the Vice President of the U.K business, you will be involved in formulating and then implementing new business sales strategies. The role is focused around building effective relationships, typically with senior managers, business owners, or marketing managers within the Telco's, Financial, Retail, E-Commerce, Media and travel sectors. The person in the role will focus on the U.K market. Contracts range between £200- £600k.
Candidates will have sold SAAS and need to demonstrate that they have solid networks and knowledge of one of the above sectors. They will also ideally have some marketing knowledge/experience and sold SAAS to senior marketing executives. They will also have a proven track record in acquiring new business and selling big ticket solutions.
