Customer Experience Optimization Manager
Working across a global leader in online tradings spread betting and Forex Trading brands the CX Optimisation Manager will be responsible for the overall customer experience and customer touch-points.
Using a wide range of different analytical tools such as A / B tests and MVT testing this person will prioritise the needs of the business and run tests throughout the customer's journey.
Liaising with various people within the business such as product managers, marketing and stake holders to ensure the optimisation of the CX journey is unified across the business.
The implementation and creation of detailed data driven CRO plans.
This person will need experience in a web and mobile environment and have had a CRO / CX role at a similar management level.
You must have experience running tests with Optimizely and running A/B experiments.
Experience in GA360 analytics and reporting tools.
Experience within the financial, trading, spread-betting or online gambling industry would be preferable.
