Responsibilities:

  • Provide effective support to business customers through live chat and e-mail.
  • Taking ownership and initiative to complete necessary investigation and customer follow up.
  • Collaborate with other teams to provide timely escalation and follow up with pending customer issues to resolve appropriately.
  • Collaborate with other teams to improve products and services in response to customer feedback and insight.
  • Provide ad-hoc translation support to our marketing team.

Requirement:

  • Minimum 1 year working experience in customer support.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and AT LEAST one of the following languages; Bulgarian, Croatian, Estonian, Hungarian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Polish, Romanian, Slovak, and Slovenian.
  • Naturally personable and quick to build rapport.
  • Have a passion for writing and problem solving.
  • Able to work independently and with minimal supervision.
  • Previous experience within the financial services sector would be advantageous, although not necessary.
  • Previous experience translating copy for web would be advantageous, although not necessary.
