A customer service provider of software solutions are looking for English Customer service agents. Working closely with software, technology products in the gaming, fintech and payments space. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fun, dynamic office, where work is play and helping teams learn and grow is critical to their company culture. 

Key Role Responsibilities:

  • Create Value by handling contact escalations at the highest standard of service, via phone, email, chat and any other future contact methods
  • Show Accountability by taking ownership of each and every escalated contact and ensuring that the best resolution for the player and the company is found
  • Serve as a member of the primary ‘go to’ team for any unexpected needs, demonstrating a Passion for problem-solving and being at the front line of any issues
  • Handle a wide array of other tasks needed to ensure the smooth operation of the company and providing plenty of opportunity for Personal Growth
  • Act as a model of Integrity and Teamwork for all other teams, promoting our values across the organisation and in your day to day work

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and a proven ability to deescalate a tense situation
  • The capability to not only provide excellent customer service but also to converse with customers in a casual, friendly manner as appropriate
  • A strong awareness of internal company policies and procedures and openness to learning new things is a strong asset
  • A talent for demonstrating initiative in problem-solving and handling ‘on the spot’ situations with Accountability and minimal or no supervision
