Retention Marketing Manager - Global – Casino & Games

Retention Marketing Manager is needed to join a global organisation that is highly ambitious, driven and are on track to achieve their ambition of being No 1 in the Global Casino Industry.

About this opportunity

Your mission as the CRM Casino Marketing Manager will be to lead and train an existing team, along with growing and developing the global casino strategy for all retention marketing.

You will report directly into the Director of Casino Retention, but be required to work with each of the Country Managers in each region to understand the retention challenges they have and then devise a strategy on how to retain their players and ensuring this fits in with a centralised strategy as well.

You need to have managed people before and be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills.

This role is based in the Isle of Man, a beautiful place that allows for a more relaxed way of life and plenty of fresh air, oh, and a low-income tax rate.

The client offers and provides sponsorship, all they ask is strong English skills written & spoken but not native.

  • Casino CRM is essential
  • Team management experience
  • Ability to relocate to the Isle of Man
