About this opportunity
You will work closely in teams and with the firm’s partners on assurance engagements for various industry groups. Team members will prepare client engagement documentation and work papers in accordance with GAAP, and the Assurance Manager will review for accuracy and compliance with the firm’s policies and professional standards, including the issuing of memos, financial statements and related disclosures. Managers will be skilled in the training and mentoring of subordinates, and in providing performance feedback that is constructive and enhances team communication, promotes employee retention and advancement, and ensures client satisfaction.
A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics or in a related field is required.
Experienced Associates must have at least 3 years of experience in a public accounting firm; Audit/Assurance Managers must have a minimum of 5-7+ years’ experience in public.
