Based in the London office you will be responsible for managing key accounts and third party providers and ensure that customer requirements are understood, demands met and issues dealt with and resolved effectively and promptly. Building effective relationships with clients, you will on occasion assist the commercial director in recruiting and retaining high value customers. You will also be required to identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities and use your analytical skills to identify and solve complex problems, liaising with the customer and all areas of the business worldwide.
All candidates will have a passion for sports and ideally have a sports trader/football trading background and want to move into an account management role. Or candidates could be product owners,VIP managers, project managers or marketing executives.
