The role is restricted to those physically located in Malta or Portugal. While this is a remote position, my client cannot consider candidates that are not based in such region. This position is offered as a 12- month definite contract to cover maternity leave, with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs.   My client is a popular and award-winning iGaming affiliate company, shaking-up the affiliate sector.  I am seeking passionate SEO Content Editor to join their team managing primarily Swedish assets, to be responsible for content strategy of websites and content optimizations. This role also includes proactive work on content plan of the websites, delivery of top-notch content to users as well as making sure the content is optimized and aligned to SEO strategy driven by SEO team.  As SEO Content Editor you are expected to: Define and drive content strategy and ideation Collaborate with writers, proofread and publish content Collaborate with design and other departments to meet content goals and deadlines for product content calendar, making sure we deliver best content/infographics/information to users Collaborate with SEO team to make sure the content is SEO optimized and aligned with best practices; edit and update existing content to always keep it aligned with current SEO strategy Proactively seek out new writers to ensure we have the right resources to cover our needs Ensure all content follows copyright laws and legal requirements Provide constructive feedback and guidance to writers to ensure the quality and alignment of content with our standards and objectives Carry out content audits to ensure our content is compliant, up to date and meet quality standards Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging trends Requirements for this role: My client is a popular and award-winning iGaming affiliate company, shaking-up the affiliate sector.  I am seeking passionate SEO Content Editor to join their team managing primarily Swedish assets, to be responsible for content strategy of websites and content optimizations. Responsibilities: •    Own the local marketing strategy, manage its overall budget and execution •    Promote our brand in a premium format in any channels •    Manage offline activities such as industry events & customer events end to end –attend conferences, client meetings •    Manage social media channels / paid advertising platforms by developing and coordinating an online advertising strategy (banners, editorials, interviews), as well asmaintain the relationship with the third-party advertisers – all in line with compliance & regulations •    Create dedicated content for multiple digital channels (e.g. blogs, affiliates, paid media and social media etc.) •    Leverage our player social tournaments platform (if applicable) to educate players about our games (B2C focus) Requirements: •    Expert in the iGaming industry in Spain •    10+ years experience in marketing in managing large scale / performing teams •    Understand our B2B and B2C audiences •    Knowledgeable about iGaming products •    Well connected within the industry •    Strong creative but also analytical skills •    Knowledge of paid media / social media platforms, Google analytics •    Project management / good time management skills, including prioritizing and scheduling •    Understanding of procurement processes & vendor management •    Be proactive, friendly, passionate and energetic
