Who will you be working for?
Online entertainment company in the Brazilian sports betting and gaming sector. Our client is looking for an ambitious and experienced VIP Key Account Manager to join their team in Brazil.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and communicate the key account retention strategy for the Brazilian market.
- Build strong personal relationships with the VIP base to maximize loyalty and player experience in line with relevant procedures and compliance requirements. This includes being available for players as well as answering any day-to-day queries, requests and complaints and ensuring they are handled in a timely and professional manner, including out of office hours and weekends when needed.
- Oversee the events process, including planning, execution, and follow-up. Note that execution of events from time to time may require the Key Account Manager to work both abroad and during weekends.
- Together with CRM, implement campaigns, journeys, and new segmentation, when required.
- Provide an effortless service to players in your direct player communication (explaining promotions, responsible gambling, etc.)
- Report on and own the KPIs for the market.
- Handle challenging customer interactions and situations in a calm, professional and reasonable manner.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a VIP Key Account Manager within iGaming (Casinos or Betting).
- Strong experience with the Brazilian market.
- Fluent in written and verbal Portuguese and English.
- Passion for consistently providing excellent customer experience.
- Sales driven, computer literate and experienced using Microsoft Excel.
- Account management skills, including experience in managing high-value customer portfolios.
