Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced VIP Account Manager to join our dynamic team at our Crypto Casino and Sportsbook. This role is pivotal in maintaining and enhancing our customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty among our players.

Key Responsibilities:

? Customer Relationship Management:
? Act as the main point of contact for our VIP and high-value players.
? Develop and maintain strong relationships with players to ensure their needs are met and they are engaged with our platform.

? Customer Support:
? Provide exceptional support through live chat and other customer service tools. ? Resolve customer issues and queries efficiently, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

? Back-Office Operations:
? Handle various back-office tasks to support the smooth operation of our platform.
? Manage player accounts, process withdrawals and deposits, and handle account verification processes.

? iGaming Expertise:
? Utilize in-depth knowledge of the iGaming industry to better serve our players and enhance their experience.
? Stay updated with the latest industry trends, games, and promotions to provide relevant information to players.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

? Essential:
? Previous experience in live chat or similar customer service tools.
? Previous experience in back-office work.
? Previous experience in the iGaming industry.

? Additional Key Skills:
? Extra knowledge of additional languages is highly desirable.
? Direct communication experience with VIPs in the iGaming sector.
? Proficiency in Slack for internal communication.
? Knowledge of Confluence for documentation and knowledge sharing.
? Familiarity with Jira for task and project management.
? Strong understanding of casino and sportsbook operations and games.
