Fintech/Trading Solutions Provider require Team Leader

Your Day to Day: 

• Motivate your team to achieve organizational and sprint goals
• Onboard, mentor and train colleagues to maximize their potential.
• Directing the team in the design, development, coding, testing, and debugging.
• Write clean, readable, and maintainable code with automation tests, making continuous improvements to the codebase
• Contribute to the architecture and design of new and current systems
• Make active proposals for future directions and applications.
• Lead and perform code reviews, ensuring code quality, high standards, and build projects for scalability, maintainability, and profitability, taking a lead by example approach
• Organise, hold, and facilitate the agile events for your team together with the Product Owner, Scrum Masters and RTE – Sprint planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint reviews and retrospectives

• Front-End: JavaScript, Typescript, ReactJS, Html5, SCSS
• Back-End: JavaScript, Nest.JS, NodeJS, Express, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySql, REST API, Python, Golang
• Other: Gitlab, Gitlab CI, Jenkins, Docker, AWS

About you

• You have at least 5 years of working experience with JavaScript - especially Nest.js
• You architect, design, develop and maintain JavaScript code with a handful of other languages
• You are interested in keeping up with current standard methodologies
• You know and care about engineering practices like CI/CD and automated testing
• You have a working knowledge of Agile methodologies
• You are motivated and love working in fast-paced environments
