Pentasia is looking for Talent Acquisition and Branding Specialist to join the team in Malta!

Under the direct supervision of the Chief People & Talent Officer, your role will be pivotal in ensuring an exceptional candidate experience, promoting employer brand, and establishing the Group as an employer of choice.
Collaborating with teams and stakeholders across various locations, you will develop compelling campaigns to effectively communicate company culture and the employee journey to candidates. Your expertise lies in devising, implementing, and taking ownership of strategies to attract and retain talent.

Responsibilities:
  • Take charge of organization’s talent acquisition strategy and execute it.
  • Safeguard the candidate experience by advocating best practices within the People & Talent team and the broader organization.
  • Create and own strategies to acquire talent and enhance our employer brand using social media, career sites, networks, professional platforms, etc.
  • Introduce innovative approaches and channels to continuously improve the effectiveness of HR-related communications.
  • Manage the company's presence on platforms such as LinkedIn and Glassdoor.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop digital content for distribution on social channels.
  • Provide actionable insights and analysis not only on current initiatives but also on future directions.
  • Continuously strive to attract and retain talent, while monitoring international competitors and industry developments.
  • Promote our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) on a global scale.
  • Develop and implement campaigns to maximize visibility for niche and hard-to-fill roles.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience leading employee branding activities in a high-growth business.
  • Proficiency in developing and leading onboarding programs, both online and face-to-face.
  • Strong social media skills and adeptness in data analysis.
  • Ability to create high-quality content, grasp appropriate tone, and push boundaries.
  • A strategic and creative thinker who can focus on future requirements while addressing present needs.
  • Sound understanding of modern recruitment technologies and how to leverage them effectively.
  • High energy and passion to drive employee experience initiatives across multiple locations.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and balancing abilities.
  • Tertiary qualification in HR, Marketing, or Business Management is considered advantageous.
