My client, a leading company in the iGaming industry, is looking for a System Adminisrator
to join their team in Malta
on a hybrid basis
Your proficiency in technology will play a vital role in enhancing their systems efficiency and ensuring the technological infrastructure aligns with their objectives.
- Serve as the primary contact for Atlassian products.
- Oversee Jira projects and Confluence spaces.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify process improvements, including enhancements to Jira workflows and custom fields.
- Implement and uphold data classification in accordance with our IMS for Spaces and Projects.
- Troubleshoot issues within Jira, Confluence, and the Customer Portal.
- Maintain Confluence and Jira Ticket Automation.
- Manage Labels, Filters, and Dashboards to meet business requirements.
- Ensure Access and Permissions adhere to our Access Control Policy.
- Perform regular backups of our Atlassian cloud data.
- Deliver internal training on systems used within the company.
- Adhere to our IMS, contributing to its effectiveness and promoting a quality-focused mindset throughout the organization.
- Manage our Phishing tool, evaluating results to present actionable metrics to management.
Desired experience and skillset:
- Possess a minimum of two years of hands-on experience and practical expertise in the administration of Atlassian Products.
- Demonstrate familiarity with operating systems, encompassing both mobile and PC environments.
- Showcase an understanding of Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL).
- Knowledge of C# is considered advantageous.
- Hold a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
