As the Senior VIP Team Manager, you will oversee our VIP function, dedicated to building and sustaining relationships with our high-value clients. Your strategic insight and strong leadership skills will be critical as you implement effective strategies to attract, engage, and retain these important clients. 

Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and manage the client relationships, fostering a high-performance culture focused on delivering excellent customer service.
  2. Develop, implement, and oversee a comprehensive strategy for our high-value client program.
  3. Identify key clients, understanding their gaming preferences, behaviours, and needs, and design personalized strategies to enhance their engagement and loyalty.
  4. Oversee client issue resolution, ensuring prompt, professional, and satisfactory solutions.
  5. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement exclusive promotions and events for VIP clients.
  6. Communicate regularly with high-value clients, ensuring they are informed about latest game releases, updates, and special promotions.
Essential Criteria:
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in client relationship management, with a focus on VIP or high-value clients, essentially within the online gaming industry.
  • Norwegian Speaking
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and manage a team.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing customer engagement strategies.
  • In-depth understanding of the online gaming industry and high-value client preferences.
