Senior Application Developer.

Location: Mosta, Malta (Hybrid Work Model) 

Global finantial company is looking for a senior application developer. This role is pivotal in developing and maintaining cutting-edge solutions for Tier 1 financial institutions worldwide.

Responsibilities:

• Play a key role in the entire application life cycle, with a strong focus on coding and debugging.
• Build and execute unit tests to ensure robust applications.
• Develop reusable code and libraries for future use.
• Optimize applications for exceptional performance and scalability.
• Collaborate effectively to define objectives and design functional requirements.

Requirements:

• Accumulate a minimum of 5 years of work experience with proficiency in multiple development languages: C/C++, Ruby, SQL, PL/SQL.
• Exhibit good knowledge of NoSQL databases, particularly ScyllaDB and/or Cassandra (an asset).
• Have experience with CI/CD
• Possess excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English.
