Your Day to Day 

• Take ownership of and drive Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Release Planning and Retrospectives. 
• Highlight, identify, and remove potential inefficiencies and barriers within the team and between the agile team and stakeholders; 
• Lead sprint reviews and work with the product team on, OKR definition, roadmap planning,  and overall backlog health; 
• Maintain a strong commitment to delivery and a sense of urgency to meet and exceed incremental forecasts and overall delivery objectives; 
• Track team performance metrics: velocity, burndown, lead time, SLA success rates etc.; 
• Understand and coach team to properly plan capacity for upcoming sprint and forecast completion dates; 
• Organize work in JIRA/Confluence to create high visibility of team's work for other stakeholders in company; 
• Handle timely communication and resolution of issues escalated from Service-Desk; 
• Active and timely communication with all stakeholders: the development team, account management, clients; 

Your profile

• 3+ years in Managing and Delivering projects in Agile teams. 
• Expertise with Product Development, Agile Values and Principles; 
• Proficiency with Atlassian tools (especially JIRA & Confluence); 
• Understanding 8 Stances of the Scrum Master Role; 
• Business Analyst/System Analyst skills or previous experience; 

It would be ideal if you had: 

• Professional Scrum Master (PSM) Certification 1/2/3 
• ITIL Certification; 
• Domain knowledge in iGaming industry; 
• Advanced knowledge of JIRA: JQL, Reporting, various plugin usage etc.
