On behalf of our client, Pentasia is actively in search of a Responsible Gaming Associate for the Swedish market to join a dedicated team in central Malta!

In this role, you will play a pivotal role within our Compliance Team, advocating for Responsible Gaming across various aspects, including Customer Service, Marketing, and technical improvements that promote Responsible Gaming. Your responsibilities will involve proactive outreach to ensure players are gaming responsibly, collaborating closely with the Customer Care Team to handle issues related to problem gambling, self-exclusion, and underage players in our licensed markets, with a specific focus on the Swedish Gambling Authority (SGA). Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure Compliance with Responsible Gaming Legislation.
  • Conduct outbound communication with players to monitor and encourage responsible gaming.
  • Perform customer account reviews using internal reports and data points/triggers from player accounts.
  • Address Responsible Gaming queries with a focus on the Swedish market.
  • Review customer responses to Responsible Gaming interactions.
  • Provide streamlined support for Anti-Money Laundering (AML) processes in Sweden.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Swedish.
  • Previous experience in RG.
  • Strong understanding of Swedish gaming regulations.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, characterized by honesty and integrity.
