A well backed and fast growing US facing B2B platform provider to the iGaming industry are looking for a Release Manager to join their delivery team. This business is looking for a skilled and experienced Release Manager to join our dynamic team and take charge of defining, building, and owning the end-to-end release process for our BAU, product, and project deliveries. 

Your mission is to establish a robust and streamlined release process, delivering high-quality products to millions of players worldwide while meticulously adhering to US iGaming regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities include: 

• Define, build, and continuously improve the end-to-end release process for BAU, product, and project deliveries, ensuring compliance with US iGaming regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop release plans, including timelines, dependencies, and resource allocation, considering the specific requirements and guidelines set forth by US regulatory bodies.
• Coordinate release activities across various teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration to meet release objectives while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.
• Drive process improvement initiatives to optimize release efficiency, quality, and reliability, leveraging industry best practices, tools, and knowledge of US iGaming regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate release documentation, including release notes, deployment procedures, and known issues, ensuring transparency, traceability, and alignment with regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have: 

• Strong understanding of the software development life cycle and release management best practices.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of US iGaming regulatory requirements and experience working within a regulated environment.
