Location: Hybrid in Malta

 

We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Control Analyst (Flemish Speaking) to join a growing team in the customer service department of a dynamic and innovative company. This role is crucial in ensuring consistent service quality, evaluating processes, and improving the skills of customer service agents to enhance overall customer experience.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor communication across various channels (customer service, sales, inbound support).
  • Evaluate agent performance and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Participate in quality control projects and deliver assigned tasks.
  • Analyze data and report insights to relevant teams.
  • Coach agents on handling complaints and difficult cases.

 

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in customer support.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Strong command of English and Flemish.
  • Analytical mindset with great attention to detail.
  • Experience in the gaming industry or quality control is a plus.
