We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Control Analyst (Danish Speaking) to join a growing team in the customer service department of a dynamic and innovative company. This role is crucial in ensuring consistent service quality, evaluating processes, and improving the skills of customer service agents to enhance overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor communication across various channels (customer service, sales, inbound support).
- Evaluate agent performance and provide feedback for improvement.
- Participate in quality control projects and deliver assigned tasks.
- Analyze data and report insights to relevant teams.
- Coach agents on handling complaints and difficult cases.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in customer support.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong command of English and Danish.
- Analytical mindset with great attention to detail.
- Experience in the gaming industry or quality control is a plus.
