Gaming Promotions Manager Job Spec
The Gaming Promotions Manager will have the responsibility of delivering an industry leading promotional offering across brands and markets.
The role will require collaborating with a number of teams across the business, including Operations, CRM, Marketing and Support to ensure the effective launch of our promotional content for Casino. Live Casino, Virtual and future RNG verticals.
As Promotions Manager you will be responsible for driving the promotional calendar including coming up with creative new ideas for promotions and then planning, communicating, executing and evaluating these.
Main Responsibilities:
Responsible for setting strategy and the global CRM promotions calendar for Casino, Live Casino, Virtual and other RNG products across multiple brands and markets.
Collaborate with the CRM, BI & VIP Analysts, as well as country specialists in each of the markets, on promotional mechanics to ensure effective use of budget.
Regular reporting to senior stakeholders and regional teams on the success of campaigns, demonstrating a deep understanding of what motivates customers.
Responsible for delivering flawless campaigns and customer experience across all CRM channels working with various business stakeholders
Requirements:
A strong passion for gaming and an extensive knowledge of gaming products.
At least 2 years’ experience within the gaming industry in a promotional capacity.
An understanding of the landscape of the gaming market in Africa.
Sufficient technical knowledge to be a significant contributor to our gaming and promotional bonus engine.
Thorough knowledge of gaming promotional offerings available presently in the industry.
