Our client is a world leading sports technology company, at the intersection between sports, media and betting. They're currently on the lookout for a Product Owner with a gaming background, and good knowledge of ecommerce platforms ideally from both a B2B and B2C perspective.
Working closely with senior management to ensure that the company develops product that fits with its strategic goals.
Working with internal and external Stakeholders to understand their requirements and ensuring that the project scope has been interpreted correctly.
Aligning the development team around a vision and roadmap for the product, informed by strategic and product roadmap.
Suggesting features to improve the platform experience for both customers and operators, producing user specifications with sufficient details about the product features that they can be clearly understood by the development teams.
Taking part in demonstrations of software releases and collecting feedback on improvements for future development.
Continually researching the market, our competitors, customer usage behavior and technology trends to ensure that we maintain market leading products.
The Ideal candidate will have:
At least 2 years of Product Owning Experience.
A fundamental understanding of the customer experience and optimisation in an ecommerce environment – ideally in the online gaming domain.
A collaborative attitude with all stakeholders during the visioning and scoping of projects.
A good understanding of the development process and product development lifecycle and have experience of Agile methodologies.
Experience of defining a minimum marketable product and a minimum viable product.
A creative and strategic thinker.
