Product Owner - €60k - HYBRID/MALTA BASED.

Our client are an exciting company based out of Malta, & are looking for a Product Owner to join their growing Product team. The ideal candidate will be overseeing innovation initiatives across their Casino vertical working very closely with Commercial stakeholders whilst managing high-performing team of developers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and own the Casino product roadmap with a strong focus on Innovation
• Conduct regular competitor analysis and identify Product Market Gaps
• Translate the Product Market Gaps into a prioritized product roadmap
• Coordinate with Product Owners in other areas to ensure a smooth delivery of large scale company initiatives
• Lead a high-performing Development team to deliver business value in your area and work on improving processes together with team to maximize throughput

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous working experience as a Product Owner/Agile Lead for at least 3 years
• Strong online casino/gambling knowledge
• In-depth knowledge of Casino Product with specific focus on the Customer Experience and user journeys
• In-depth knowledge of the gaming industry including competitive intelligence, game mechanics and industry trends
• Strong customer focus with the ability to empathize with customer motivations and desires
• Solid Experience working in Agile methodology for product development
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
• Creative and Strategic thinker with a positive attitude
