Their unique payments infrastructure allows them to deliver real-time cross-border transactions in over 100 countries which enables their customers across the banking, travel, B2B, and financial services sectors to reduce costs and create new revenue streams.
I am seeking a Product Marketing Manager to join this establish payments organisation in London.
job description:
- Activation of marketing plans based on product-led GTM strategy
- Translation of technical releases into market-ready and customer-facing products – naming, productization, sector & persona targeting, supporting asset creation
- Creation of supporting cross-media product marketing materials (brochureware, video, explainers, landing pages, product sheets, white papers)
- Creation of prospect-facing sales support materials (pitch decks, factsheets, product guides, lead-generation collateral)
- Creation of product specific communications and management of product comms calendar – product updates, product releases, product newsletters etc
- Strategizing and definition of GTM execution plans for new, updated and existing products across key target verticals - in support of Heads of Product
- Translation of technical product documentation into customer-facing literature
- Product proposition development in support of Head of Product Propositions
- Validation of product roadmaps in-line with commercial and customer needs
- Research competitor tracking and product benchmarking
- Help in the creation of general brand and acquisition collateral in support of wider marketing team
- Help in the creation of general brand and acquisition collateral in support of wider marketing team. Content, video, copy, digital, brochureware, blog, thought leadership, white papers
- Agency liaison – copy, design, web, brand, PR
Main stakeholders

You must have:
- 6+ years experience in payments and/or fintech with product marketing or tech marketing role
- Wordpress experience
- Email automation
- Hubspot
- Experience liaising with multi-disciplinary agencies
Nice to have:
- Experience in MS Dynamics
- Experience in Adobe Suite
- Basic HTML
Personal skills:
- Team player
- Ability to work outside of job spec in support of wider company strategy (start-up mentality)
- Personable (will be working collaboratively with a wide range of internal stakeholders, cross department)
Industry knowledge (if any specific requirements):
- Experience in payments – likely from an acquirer, gateway, issuer, processor, PSP, paytech, fintech etc…
- If none of the above – experience in the marketing of a complex and technical B2B product (preferably in a regulated space) of high-ticket value (low sales volume)
