My client is a young and dynamic regulated crypto Fintech company based in Europe, Their mission is to make crypto transactions, spending, and investing accessible in the easiest ways for everyone.
Their ultimate, ultra-easy, and convenient payment solution and wallet with crypto debit cards, giving their customers the freedom to spend their crypto from cards or checkout solutions.  With my client, businesses can also receive crypto payments hassle-free.


I am seeking a seasoned crypto professional with experience with crypto wallets, exchanges, cards, or DeFi products. You will be a T-shaped Marketing professional with a passion for financial technologies and blockchain which drives you to work in this industry and contribute to building ultra-convenient products for the mass market.


Responsibilities:

  • Craft the vision and strategy for our product development by performing customer research, creating compelling storytelling, and driving our go-to-market strategy
  • Develop personas, messaging and positioning, CJM, JTBD, and growth initiatives, including content, promotions, campaigns, and partnerships to achieve our business goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring our products from ideation to launch 
  • Be the voice of our customers, gathering and prioritizing key insights to shape our product roadmap with the PM, CMO, and other stakeholders
  • You'll have the opportunity to get hands-on in areas such as ASO/SEO, inbound marketing, finding new growth channels, product analytics, PPC, storytelling, and creative
  • Participate in the development and execution of strategies for product and delivering communication, growth, acquisition, and retention
  • Manage cross-functional projects and bring a product to market with a top-notch product and communication team
     

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Inbound marketing, PMM, or PM Growth, with at least 2 years in the crypto or fintech industry
  •  A solid education in general marketing or PMM, PM, growth, or have taken well-known courses in these fields
  •  A naturally creative mind and always looking for ways to improve current payment solutions and wallets and see what is not enough in a product
  • Hands-on experiences with most of these streams such as ASO/SEO, inbound marketing, finding new growth channels, product analytics, PPC, storytelling, and creative for on-ramp/off-ramp providers, crypto wallets, exchanges, or card products
  • An empath and you are willing to engage with customers to understand their needs better
  • You have a strong B2C focus (70%), an emphasis on mobile app products, and a B2B focus (30%)
  • A proactive self-starter who loves to bring new ideas to the table and drive results
  • Data-driven and focused on performance marketing, always eager to experiment, and learn new growth techniques and frameworks
