Platform Director.

A global tier 1 operator in the iGaming industry are looking for a Platform Director to oversee the whole Platform vertical as a member of the Senior Leadership team. As the Platform Director you will oversee a team of around 150 of Software developers, Product Managers and Designers all ensuring that the different Product verticals offer a best in class Customer Experience. 

Responsibilities include: 

• Lead a team and be accountable for creating and delivering a clear and transparent vision/strategy.
• Partner and build trusted relationships with stakeholders, understand their needs and create tailored solutions, which will make a tangible impact.
• Prioritise, align and enable the team to deliver high quality in a timely manner. Remove impediment that will ensure the latter.
• Own the Platform vertical's HC and budget, always ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
• Stay up to date with all trends relevant to the vertical’s product and the competition’s offerings.
